This was a full day meeting and held at the Statistics Department. Attendees included representatives from all particpating department, in addition to the Commanding Officer and Operations Officer from the Naval Pacific Meteorology and Oceanography Facility, Whidbey Island, and a representative of this MURI's Adivsory Board. Presenetations were given by a full range of research scientists and graduate students inolved in this MURI.

Attendees included personnel from: Office of Naval Research; Naval Research Lab Washington, DC; Naval Research Lab Monterey, CA; Army Research Lab; University of Washington; Applied Physics Lab-University of Washington; Naval Pacific Meteorology and Oceanography Facility, Whidbey Island; and Naval Pacific Meteorology and Oceanography Center, San Diego.
